| I read somewhere that the 5.56 round would begin to tumble in the air, a forward roll if I understand correctly, after it lost a certain amount of velocity and creat a horrific wound that way. I do t think it was designed to do so just the nature of the beast. Anyway what I’m not sure of if that’s true, is that just a certain service round out of an m-16 that would do that or could it do it out of a bolt rifle also. Could that cause water jug to explode more?
