NW Washington | I am not a vegetarian but I have known where Jello and gelatin came from for at least 60 years so I would guess they do too.
There are all kinds of "vegetarians". Some eat eggs, cheese and fish and others don't. One author that I used to read said he "would not eat any thing that had a mother."
The hard core the vegetarians who will eat no meat or animal products are called "Vegans" and that is a tough act to follow and to get all the essential nutrients that the human body needs. | |
