Pittsburg, Kansas | She does make cheesecake but it is a low carb version for us. She will rarely make a conventional one to take for a dinner with friends.
About the only time we cheat is on vacation. This two weeks in Europe has been a tough one. Have done pretty well on meals but have splurged some on the deserts.
Definitely affects my blood sugar but only once horribly out of range. Enough it caused me to straighten up a bit.
