Liking an insurance company is a foreign concept to me. Farm Bureau has been acceptable to work with for over 45 years. The local agent or office manager can make all the difference. I must be lucky, haven’t experienced excessive rate increases some complain of. Their costs have gone up too. Just a cost of doing business in this day and age.
