 Blooming where I am planted! | Is it self-pollinating? If not, you'll need another (maybe a different type) to pollinate. I've heard that even self-pollinators yield more when they have a pollinator. Check out Gene's Backyard (link below). He successfully grows 6 blueberry bushes in Chicago soil. http://www.midfex.org/yale/blue.html Note, he also has 97 min-dwarf apple trees (not standard, not semi-dwarf, not dwarf, but mini-dwarf). These trees only get 6 feet high at maturity. They are available from Gurney's or Raintree nurseries. I planted two of them this last year.
