Abortion is considered a health issue in Canada so no government rules prohibiting it just medical rules.
The definition of when life actually begins is often determined by people and what they wish to make rules that others have to follow.
The stage when a fetus is viable has shortened with new medical procedures but early births and maintaining the life of the baby often leaves life altering problems
I will leave it up to the doctors and the woman who is pregnant to make those decisions
