Very interesting.  I gave up on RTK2Go last summer but a friend tried to use it starting last fall.  It worked fine for him through winter but about a month ago he had some internet hiccups and RTK2Go locked his account.  We have requested it be unlocked but we are still unable to get is base to work with them.  It is currently casting through my self hosted SNIP server.
