| Not sure how that would play out. As far as the Bible not having any relevance I wonder if you aren't counting the societal benefits. Our laws in the west are based somewhat upon the ten commandments. We don't have honor killings for example because thou shalt not kill. The teachings of loving one's neighbor, or do not cast pearls before swine have modern relevance even if there are aliens. There is a lot of history found in the Bible a d time and again archeology has reaffirmed what is written in the Bible. So, irrelevant? I'd say no from my narrow viewpoint. | |
