I'm just pointing out that he's, literally, never actually had a plan. He wings everything. He's not a politician. He doesn't pass laws. He tries to rule by decree. He might even accomplish some worthwhile things, but he does it in the most ham fisted, destructive way. Like when he stole Military housing money for the wall, and it took the Biden administration to actually get base housing built, finally.
