They need some serious groceries at the point you have them now.
By the looks of that grass they are going to go backwards.
For example mine are getting
22.5 lbs of silage 8.1% protein
20lbs of grass hay off my pasture 10.5% protein - 12% dry
6lbs DDG at 30% protein -34% dry.
I'm only getting around a 1.57lb daily gain.
Some are just holding. My cows aren't fat by any means.
I like to see a rib or 2 for breeding. They stick better.
But they have to have excellent feed to hold.
I'm hoping to turn out on 12" pasture by may 10th.
My advice is test your feed.
