Barry County, MI
Dan this is different . I know but asay between 2020 money laying in a bank in a maybe a 40 or 80 Acres would come on the market Id have been waiting for and it didn't really made no difference'but no more than the banks pay in that period comparing a new truck price in 2020 to 2025 Or farm equipment . I wonder if we didnt lose close 40% due to inflation . you sure didn't have to have all your money in paper or machinery to get kicked in the but. I look at what happened as that's the way it goes I don't like but that's the way things go . land is always a good investment if you can make it work , archie
