Southern Missouri | But now my good friend Boone , how do we know what the return on the land bought is till we wait a year and see what it’s worth then ? Yes we can figure the return for the cash rent part but not the value part , at least this thick skull doesn’t know how , a yearly bought financial instrument can be figured but how can the value of a piece of land 1 year from now (gain or loss )be figured and added (or subtracted)to the cash rent return ?
