The three biggest factors in heart disease seem to be type two diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. Lipoprotein levels are ways down the list of risk factors, and it is questionable if they are even a risk factor.
Going low carb eliminates risk of type 2 diabetes.
Sounds like weight is down.
Guessing blood pressure is down as well.
If the only concern about the lipid panel is for cardiovascular disease, there would be minimal concern if it were me.
