SW Iowa | This is the first simplest layout that came to my mind. Leave the center watering hole permanently fenced and allow access to 4 paddocks, and can always add temporary fence to those paddocks to further divide them up. Really depends on budget, pasture, quality, and grazing protocol, but others have suggested good ideas too.
