F9P boards require u-blox software for configuration and monitoring. Have you plugged into the basestation to see what is happening? You should be able to view the satellites it is (or is not) receiving.
FYI.....I reached out to you at on point via email as I could see you were sending to RTK2GO but it was an empty RTCM stream. Did you figure that out?
