Lamda cyhalothrin,,or there abouts in spelling.There are zero fire ants up here but at my swamp house in Georgia we use Spectracide granules as it easy,buy at wally world there.It contains a very low % of the Lamda product.It knocks them down almost in minutes as they pile up on the mounds dead.If you have a chem license you could buy the concentrate and treat a field.
