We are definitely raising some fatties. I like big steaks, and I will not lie
To get cattle that size, they should put on a lot of external fat. I have not seen any 1800 pound finished feeders that don’t have a pile of back and brisket fat. This fat requires more feed imo. I am not a dr or scientist, but I have been called a dumb arse
