Wisconsin | Near Findlay, you have a high water table I assume? So the pump can be sized to barely reach 40psi with a drought water level, and the high water level will be 20 or 30 feet higher, under no conditions would the pump exceed the pressure rating of the tank. If you go somewhere the water level in the well is typically 200' but can go up to 150' or down to 300', then they need a pump with much more pressure, and that pump could easily blow up a pressure tank. | |
