Some of us remember and lived thru the 80's.
I agree, but now think of how many pieces of land have been sold for profits since 1985, every piece I can think has sold for very good profits.
It only doesn’t work if you can’t make payments which has not happened very much since the mid 80’s. In 20 years the talk of the 80’s will be history, but not saying history doesn’t repeat. The guys 15 years younger than me didn’t experience the 80’s and will only talk about it as the dirty 30’s are talked about by me. No experience but heard stories |
