It’s a fine line between making money and costing you money. An example is Terramar which is a seaweed kelp extract made to help plants tolerate stress from hot and dry conditions. On a hot dry year might save you a few bushels but didn’t make you more bushels. Those products are the ones that I stay away from because the unknown is in play. Now if I have a sulfur deficiency I know shows up every year where it will add bushels those are the ones I believe in. Treating deficiency is always a good ROI but treating something that might happen or might not is where the guys get burnt. Give me a product that will help my situation not one that only works if conditions are right or something disastrous happens. I’m already out of control enough with weather I’m not going to throw money at something in the 50/50 shot it happens vs not.
