Northern Nebraska | You don't have outside investors buying land in your area? Within 20 miles of me the owners of tractor house have bought multiple irrigated farms. So has the Mormon church. Also an investment company bought a whole section. I doubt any of those people believe land is going down in value. If they have money to buy here Imagine what they will own if land does make a correction? | |
