| I’m simply illustrating some mathematical ratios of assets, and how much those ratios have changed in 45 years. Why did this happen, and how long is it sustainable? You and I know it’s not sustainable, but so far anyway, as long as the neighbor hasn’t caught on and can write the check, that’s all that matters. As I alluded too above, it would seem apparent to me a wonderful opportunity to arbitrage the three asset classes in some manner.
