| I realize that. That would buy an average acre here. Add $5000 for the good stuff. Subtract $2,500 for the less desirable. Sooner or later something has to give. Corn either goes up or land comes down, to more historical norms. Fairly certain there’s never been an asset in history that has remained irrational or bubble level forever. Nor remained bargain basement price forever, such as today’s corn market.
