We did similar. We put two pipes in concrete in line with the doors about 12” apart. Welded a T shaped piece across the two pins that drops in the pipes, then the track on the bottom of the door slides over it. We pull it out when driving in and out and have another one made that is just two pins with a flat piece of steel across the top we stick in to keep dirt and stones out when driving in and out.
