8 billion people need to eat. Food will be used.

If the dollar is cheaper, our commodities are cheaper to other countries.

Lot of intertwined parts in all this global trade.

Might maybe not be as bad as many think, might maybe not be as good as some hope.

Those of us a little older have been through a few cycles of weather, economy, politics, and trade. Best to try to plan ahead, but focus on planting and getting a good crop for the moment.

Investors are pulling their investments into cash for the moment because they are confused by something new they haven’t experienced before. But investors don’t like cash, they like to invest. As all types of investments thrash around, might be good to watch for the positives that come out of this, instead of constant look at the negatives. There will be positives, opportunities!

Will ag products be a positive somewhere along the way? We will see.
