Yep. Agtalk forum software may be archaic (I like it...) but that doesn't prevent the use of a modern payment processor for verification.
Plenty of online auctions require CC deposit for bidding privelege.
Couple of useless trolls that repeatedly return after a ban are currently mucking things up - get rid of them and civility returns and we can (mostly) politely disagree.
So what is it going to take to get our market talk page back?
