If it makes you yawn, it I because you are talking about 2 different things. The news is talking about international free trade. The free refers to free of taxes, quotas, and other financial barriers. It does not mean free to do whatever you want. Number 2 corn still needs to be number 2 corn above an agreed upon quality threshold. That's just business and contract law.
