WC MN | I bought a whole belly dump load of rock to go around my house 30 years ago. At the time I had mostly shrubs. Not much maintenance until you replace a shrub, then removing them and power washing the dirt out before adding them back in is a chore. I have mulch around some perennial gardens away from the house and you can remove or add more almost every year. Kind of like everyone else said, pay more up front for rocks or pay every year with mulch. | |
