1970 land went $70 area. 1980 I should have bought neighbors farm. I let 24x90 silo, manure pit, under cattle area of barn, other stuff like that bother me.
Looked at 120 acre piece. Figured to go $900,000. It went for $1.5 MILLION.
I REALLY regret most land purchases I did not do in 1980s. I had some funds. 2010 I bought some poor land really cheap. Sold it for for amount far, far above what I thought worth.
