That was the wife. The lab has a nice shiny black coat.
I was trying to start a mantis tiller. The lab has a Jack Russel yard mate who absolutely hates the tiller. Most likely the lab was imitating the Jack however he’s a bit bigger and very aggressive.
Shooting the lab would only result in my giving half my stuff to an ex wife.
