| i don`t think trade has to be all or nothing, it just makes sense some places in the world have a natural advantage with the raw materials and expertise, and they should have at `er. however it only makes sense that a country produces goods, makes a effort to spread around their imports to not cause massive trade in balances. like if you rent ground from a guy that shingles houses, it would really behoove you to hire him to shingle your house even if he doesn`t have the lowest bid. | |
