Northwest Iowa
555- I, too, am disappointed in the lack of market insights and opinions. Everyone has an opinion on the politics. I do too, but basically no one cares! No matter who is in the White House, grains have a high every 3-5 years. Looking at the C&S markets could get interesting. The action is good. Elliot wave, corn is short term marking a wave 4, sideways affair, before the final high of this move. Looks like it will be over $5, maybe not by a lot, though. For now. Beans(weekly chart) are just trading a sideways pattern. Much smaller but similar to corn from 2014-2020. Soyoil has been darn good, Meal is trying to confirm a bottom which would really help. Meal will have a more direct price relationship to beans than oil. Very impressive gold and silver markets. Fuels are trying to confirm a bottom. Cotton sucks-bad. There will be a time as April fat cattle expire and the cash is strong- and then the June futures shrink away. Packers win as you have to sell cash to take advantage of the positive basis. Happy trading all!
