Get a shaft or pipe that fits insed of the pipe in the center of the auger. Weld a 'hook' onto the pipe, to grab the flight. Turn and pull on the shaft or pipe to remove. Build it strong enough to be able to put a pipewrench on it to get it started turning so you can move it. Once you get it to move more than the length of one flight, you've got it made.
