EC Nebraska | Started my off farm job after college, was on the 5 year plan. Going on 35 years now with the same company and always ponder quitting but the money is good and the benefits help a lot. The younger generation in my area worries more about when they can go camping in the summer or vacations on an island in the winter. Support for local businesses and church is worrisome for they claim not in their budget with the new house payment and new car payments but they still want all the benefits. As the older generations disappear they are the ones to take over will they keep it going or let it fall apart? | |
