What gallons per acre and nozzles are you running? I’m guessing it wont be an issue with it working just an issue with what you drift on and how neighbors react. If the fields are close maybe spray the perimeter of several in the morning for a buffer when it’s calmer then come back and do the middle when it’s windier?
