Posted on Bluesky & X Used to be a "factory job" especially working for the Big 3 with good pay/benefits was considered a good job, not many kids now have interest in factory assembly line work For a long time here 196's to ethanol gift cash croppers had factory job & farmed nights/weekends, now young farmers the past 15 + yrs. they are insulted if you suggest "maybe get a winter job"
