Ifd you called animal control here those dogs would be put down immediately and tested...Bad deal for your Daughter just moving into ne neighbourhood...I am not a "sue" person but owners need a stern letter from a good Lawyer..Those dogs, including the OP's wife one needs a long sleep NOW
I am not a sue guy either but in a case like that I think would or at least get the dogs put down.
