SW OH | Is been that way for years around here. I won't pay any bills anymore through the mail, too many late fees. I was mailed 5 notices over 5 months about our health insurance, but only got the fifth one. My wife sent them a check to rectify the situation priority mail, garrenteed delivery in 48 hours. It took 10 days to get there. It took a month to get her $31 back after several heated phone calls and trips to the post office.
