Maybe you'll find our tutorials how to organize it helpful (it describes integration with our GeoPard, but the logic is applicable to any other rx maps). 
- Overview Ops Center + GeoPard
- Organizations/data sync & Automated Data sync (you can per organization fine tune types of files you want to grep from Ops center for analysis, e.g. NUE or Profit maps calculation)
- Export Rx as Files (you don't send it to a concrete field or farm, need to have the right folder/file content, columns in shapefile) 
- Export Prescriptions as WorkPlan (recommended new way). It's supported by Deere and GeoPard to create one WorkPlan for Seeding and fertilizing even having zones with different geometries per operation. For example, seeding is created with yield files aggregation or multi-year imagery+lidar; and fertilizer prescription created based on soil sampling data.
- Partner Data sharing setup. There are several ways how to organize it. The optimal one: Farmer adds you as a Partner (if you want to utilize any 3rd party software, need to provide enough permissions), then you can manage their fields, Rx. You need to switch to their Organization (top right corner of the JD).
