| I have had mail fail to be delivered numerous times in the past few years. Had an electric bill payment not be delivered and received a letter from the company threatening to cancel my electric. They received my check in the mail a month later or so. I mailed a small package a year ago and it was lost in the mail for quite a while. I followed it by the tracking number and it made a continuous journey all over the Midwest, it baffled the local postmaster also. | |
