I had a PSA of 12 and a Gleason score of 7,my cancer was on the verge of spreading but radiation took care of it,everyone has different rates of growth of cancer,,,if it is slow there are many options but if it is fast growing and you ignore it you will be dead in 5 years.Why not use the diagnostics that are available. Once it spreads you are screwed.
