Not much doubt who he is. Just getting more imaginative with his lies. He was getting banned after a week or two with his latest profiles so he's trying to hang on a little longer. Several of tall pines profiles have been older ones just like this. He thought that would insulate him from truth but it didn't. This is just her latest lie.
I am sure 'they' talk to themselves on here. Down the page it rsponded to a question signed in as the wring profile.
