nc ks | Time for the 'staffs' to get more efficient and maybe show up in person to work. In many of those agencies, one employee could probably accomplish 3 times the work if they were properly incintivised and managed.
I think you are being dramatic with 'collapse', and if you reduce fraud and waste you should be able to cut the budget and still provide. If things get cut too much, believe you me our socialist leaning populace will see to it that handouts are restored to needed levels. | |
