We ran a jd 1750 finger pickup beside a case 1200 for a few years and that was our exact experience. More even emergence with the case but better spacing with the deere. When it came to yield the case beat the deere by 17.5 bushels and 11 bushels in the 2 side by sides we did.
There were other factors involved here because a statistical yield difference between planters would be very small. |
