Subject: Bread maker buns

East central Iowa

We made bread maker buns yesterday.  At the 2 hour point in the bread maker cycle we removed the dough and put it in a 9x13 greased glass pan.  My wife took a knife and partially sliced the dough into squares. To my knowledge she didn't slice deep into the pan.

Then in a pre heated oven @ 350° it was baked for about 20 minutes. When the tops were golden brown we pulled them out and had pan of nice little buns.  She cut through them individually at that point.

I thought they were good and so did our company.

A lot easier than when mom made them individually, rolling each one by hand.
