Maybe you should explain what your initial post was meant to convey.
I count 8 vaccines that are licensed in the USA. Most are combinations of several vaccines to avoid multiple injections. All contain inactivated polio. So what’s so complex about that?
Measles vaccine is made from virus originally isolated from sick people. This is passaged in cell culture until it has lost its virulence. So the strain in any vaccine is basically the same as a wild strain from an outbreak at some point in history.
