Malta, Illinois | Maybe you are right. One can hope so. My fear is that the more likely scenario is that this will be viewed by China and the rest of the world as a sign of weakness and capitulation. This isn’t sending the tough guy our way or the highway message that many have been hoping. In fact I think it makes us look downright foolish. Pressure has been brought to bear on Trump in the last few days and we are seeing the results of that. I really didn’t think he would cave to those doing the begging but money talks. | |
