day 1 3drops in 8 ozs distilled water every 8 hrs] day 2 4 drops 3 times a day every 8 hrs] and so on till you are at day 23 and you are taking by now 23 drops in 8 oz water every 8 hrs
maybe you wont be able to take it or that many drops of the peroxide the book says do what ever you can take
well I got to 23 drops on day 23 and did that for 10 more days then I started backwards 22 drops next day 21st and so on when I got to 1 drop I quits
I felt great Ididn;t like the taste very well but I had to take some kind of oil my mother use to give us it was terrible cant think of name '
