southern MN		I pull/ed a 24 foot with a Ford TW20.

Ran low on traction with smooth duals and probably wasn’t the fastest gear but seemed a good match over all, worked fine.

I think traction was a bigger deal than hp, but can always shift down a half a gear so hp wasn’t a bother.

Should work for you, a little less hp and a little less cultivator.
