Brazil is going to have a surplus - larger than our crop.........
Might want to check the math on Brazil production. Brazil is around 6 billion bushels production. USA is around 4 billion. That is 1.5 x production. Then, you need to subtract demand.
If Brazil has 4 billion bushels left over after their domestic use and China exports, then Brazil beans will have a $3 handle…….
And that means China is in the absolute chitter….
So, no, Brazil surplus is not 4 billion bushels…. It’s about 900 million bushels ending stocks or 3-4 times our US ending stocks…….. | |
